This app is awful
I would have put 0 stars if it allowed me. Do not use this app to book taxis. Twice it sent the driver to the wrong place even though I could see the location was spot on. Twice I had to go to them on the same day.
Try phoning them to book and you get a automated booking service that put me 10 miles away from where I actually was. Been advised by a driver to use the website instead not the app.
And I didn’t get a discount.

Gone downhill
Keep hiking the prices without telling anyone - my 6 min commute to work has gone up 1.20 per trip. I use this trip twice a day so my overall commute to work expenditure has gone up by 60 quid a month! Get absolutely no benefits for this and with fuel price coming down this is just robbery. Also the quote fare on the app is never the true price.

constant price increases
used this app for about 4 months. During this time the price has increased twice without saying. my trip to and from work takes about 5-7 minutes. this used to cost me 5.30. then they changed the price however, on the app it still said estimated price as 5.30. id get there and be charge £6.50! As if this wasnt enough, today my ride was 5 minutes. estimated price was £6.30, when i got in the car the drivers phone said £7.30 and when he takes pay it takes £7.50. i would love to know how they would justify more than a pound a minute or why they constantly unexpectedly change the price. service majority of the time is very poor and i have been spoke to poorly by a few different drivers.

Absolutely terrible waiting 40 mins for a taxi after I already paid by card every 15 mins I keep ringing and they keep saying been delayed another 20 mins it’s a joke I have places to be but as I’ve already paid by card I have to wait and use there taxi otherwise they’ll keep my money and I’ll have to pay for another taxi i definitely won’t be using these scrap taxis again

Terrible service!
This is now the third time I have pre booked a taxi for a specific time and they are never here when I need them to be! Twice I almost missed the bus to work cause of the terrible customer service this company has and today I have to take my cat to the vet and once again they are late. If you can use any other taxi service besides this company. I am now deleting this app cause it is pointless and trash

The taxi took money from my account and didn’t turn up then when rang up got told I had to pay for the taxi again the staff where not helpful in any way kept putting the phone down when asked to be put through to the manager I use these taxi everyday for work so poorly organised as a company I do not ever what to use these again

Terrible Service
I pre-booked a taxi at 12pm to arrive 6pm. The taxi did not arrive so at 6.10 I called to be advised the driver was on the way. No taxi arrived still, I called again to then be told there was no available taxis for 20-30 mins despite pre-booking. The person who took my call was very unhelpful and rude.

Wouldn’t even waste my time trying to book.
Awful taxi service
Don’t use these taxis. If you pay by card you have to add it to the app and it keeps taking random payments out your bank for no reason. Also if you book in advance for a specific time they will never show up at that time, likely at least half an hour later. I’ve had to cancel prebooked taxis to get the bus because getting a taxi would get me late to work.
