Freezing issues
I played this game years ago and was reminded of it recently so I downloaded it onto my iPad. It’s a nice, sometimes addictive, game to play and I like that friends can take socks from your bin meaning you can play for longer. However, I’ve not been playing long (not even a day) and it has now frozen and I can’t get back on it. I have tried closing the app down, deleting and reinstalling it, turning my iPad on and off again and I can not get back onto the game it just freezes after I click to play and I can’t get passed the next screen.

Love this game
One of my favorites- it’s nearly meditating to search for and match socks. The addition of the groups was really the only improvement I saw after taking a few years off the game, but with that you don’t need to seek out players that are your level -that’s what groups are for.
However, there are still glitches where we get kicked off, if no team mates are on its mind numbingly slow to play and forget about hearing back from support. Chances are your teammates can help you quicker as I’ve never had a reply.
I do pay real money for sock cash in the game though because I love it and I’m happy to support games I like.Show lessShelly300
Where is SUPPORT.
I will not show up when I tap SUPPORT. I TRIED here to contact Developers SUPPORT, but it says it’s not working. I have a few suggestions and I need a bit of help. Did the developers quit their game? All my reviews disappeared…..1stCeye

Levels
You need to add more levels.. and stop the nonsense I am at max level nowhere to go … the choice is start back at level 1 with 0 coins I have been playing this game for 5-6 years love it just not good…has2242
mobile app broken
The game is broken on mobile app and has been for days or weeks. When do you plan on fixing it? teams don’t work. moves are repeated. keeps saying no internet. very aggravating. I have played for years. How did you recently break it? Fix it please.harborjournal2

Highly Addictive!
Love the game! But it does have a lot of issues with constant freezing, or it reverses what you’ve done and you have to go go to redo. eg: collected a pair of socks go to cluck on another but the socks you’ve collected have gone back onto your line. 🙁Cassiebean180

Rubbish updates
If you are going to make updates then test them first. The worst week ever for this game. Everything that could go wrong has, and half my team still can’t play. Throws us out every two mins putting us back at round 1, level 1; can’t continue chat; running slow; etc etc
