Since the new upgrade was forced on me, the game has reverted to the start. I have been playing every day for years, but where are my hundreds of thousands of points and credits. So disappointing for a game I loved. No response to my requests for help.Sockholder

The latest updates has caused my friends to disappear, and it has changed my profile picture. Every time I change it back it reverts back to a generic profile picture. Please fix your app.ChristieBerry

I’ve been playing the game for years. Sometimes go weeks without playing. Hence other comments on losing interest. You lose friends when they go to next round.

Upgrade has stopped the game from working!
I did the essential upgrade when prompted and now the game won’t open! It just stays on the “joining the game” page! I’m on an iPhone 11 with all upgrade done so it’s not like I’m on an old phone or old system. Is there a fix for this? I was enjoying the game until now as wellTBroms300

An update is required before I can continue . I pressed ok and it went to the review screen but there is no update button..help.why is it so?

Love the game...but
My young grandson introduced me to this game. He is not so young and now taller than me. My issue is the option to watch videos for Socks Cash. This is quite useful and I have even played some of the games “advertised”. However, now I cannot view the videos and much harder to collect socks and advance to the next level.
