Been playing this for a VERY long time now. It’s just a calm game which is more my speed. Just disappointed that the Christmas decorations and Christmas socks didn’t make an appearance this last Christmas. That’s was always fun!! Otherwise love this game!!Tycour8992
Loosing interest
I’ve been playing the game for some time now and have often just not played for long periods of time and then gone back to it. It doesn’t really change at all. Was hoping for a better upgrade but no such luck. My friends don’t even play now it’s just me on my own as they disappear once you get higher level. I just play when I’m bored now so not that often. It’s such a shame as it started really fun.
You could improve the achievement by when you touch them it could tell you what you need to do to achieve them. Because I’m sure I’ve done all the stuff on it but it’s still blackened out and I can’t work out what still needs to be done. That would be a start.

Since the game switched to “Unity” (the new version), it crashes multiple times a day. Just closing the game and reloading often doesn’t help. Most days, I have to uninstall and reinstall 3 or more times!Craftd1
Not happy
Went from over 1000 socks cash to 6 I’m less than 24 hours That I earned by purchasing and watching video after video and have not used them in a while if not returned will not play any more very annoyingKbelly_76
Missing cash
Game keeps crashing and all my sock cash went missing. The support button does not workjusys
Very frustrated
This used to be a game that I enjoyed, but the last couple of weeks have worn my patience to the point that I can no longer recommend this to anyone. I don’t know what has happened, but it doesn’t seem that the company knows how to fix the games serious issues.Sorry I'm Gone

Latest version is terrible
The new version is supposed to be faster. Instead it’s just buggy. Keeps saying it’s offline. And definitely NOT faster. Also the new feature, “hints” that keep dropping down to tell you to do what you were TRYING to do anyway, are annoying as HECK! Lost all progress after update.
I hate new update. I lost all progress when I updated. I have to restart. Contacted game through help. Got no response. Tried through Facebook today hope it helps. Not happy considering money I have spent on game.MJM531
Very disappointed!
This used to be my favorite game when I just wanted a distraction. I was forced to update a couple weeks back. The upgrade turned out to be a big failure. I lost all the progress I had made and am back to beginner level. It keeps trying to make me log in with Facebook which I don’t want to do. I tried to use their customer support. They responded once but not to any other request. On top of all this I lost my over 4000 points and the money I had in my bank. Like I said it used to be a great game. Not any more.Show lessDwat08
