    This app is well made, with careful attention to detail and efficiency. It can help both the novice and advanced gym-user to be more productive, informed, and excited to track progress.

    Usability pros:
    Simple, clean interface with a small built in library of exercises that are easy to build routines with.

    issues:
    Should have a drop down to select muscle group when creating exercises

    Change between metric and imperial automatically (to calculate tonnage, intensity, etc)

    The clock / timer doesn’t work

    When creating supersets, number of sets should only be asked on the first exercise and then everything it is linked to will automatically be grouped in (sets of the full cycle)

    There’s a few others. But if the developer reads this and would like more feedback on making this app truly quality shoot me a message—hasn’t been updated in 2 years

    Пробовал очень много разных прог, но эта наиболее простая и удобная. Очень удобно составлять свою программу тренировок, лепить суперсэты и дропсэты и потом только вводить вес и повторы.
    Хотел бы поблагодарить автора и попросить увеличить базу упражнений.
