It seems to take ages to see transfers and payments. Doesnโt update regularly
Unable to make mobile deposit
It used to work for mobile deposit, recently it doesnโt work anymore. The technician should fix the bug
Internal messaging
I have sent messages to Customer Service through the apps messaging system with no response. It would seem that a problem exists with this.
Inconvenient
Face ID and password doesnโt save no matter how many times I try to set it up/save it.
Poorest bank app Iโve ever used
For more than a month the mobile deposit has been inoperable. Secure messages about that issue and the lack of mailed statements have repeatedly gone unanswered. Itโs difficult to imagine a poorer app than the one at Cathay Bank.
Mobile deposit
It takes too much time to do mobile deposit, it wonโt tell you what is the problem, so we just have to do it over and over in the dark!
Password issue
I used a iPhone, but the app keep asking for password even after I enable face recognition. Also itโs not user friendly and seem to lack function compared to other bigger bank like chase Citi and more
