Disappointing
Scales would not connect to my iPad, eventually connected to my iPhone, but would not update weight properly. Online help pages offer not very helpful - only saying you can use one device. App software not exactly clear and easy to use either. Great idea but just did not work.That Biggles
Cannot start up the scale
Scale prompts me as do directions, to start the app. However when you launch the app, it doesn't connect. Will try a 4th time and then I'm just returning the scale as it's not working.DishguyLA

App isn't recognized
I just bought the scale and attempted to set it up. The scale prompts me to start the app. I start the app with my iPad but the scale doesn't do anything and the start the app prompt is displayed. I gave it two stars since the hardware is nice and it could have potential if only the app would work with it.Show lessJung Money
