Cannot book appointments
This used to be very useful but cannot book appointments anymore. I just get error message back. Please fix!
Can't login
The app will not not allow me to login to my account (gives "Login error" message), even though I have no problems logging in with the same user ID and PW on the LaVida website. I am using an iPhone 6 with iOS 8.1.
It's all I use anymore
So much nicer than their web based portal to book services! Combine this with their new websites it's great and makes it so much simpler to see if my therapist is open etc...

Love the app! I'm able to make the appt, confirm the appt or cancel the appt without any problems.
App Stinks !!!!!
For over two months this app does NOT work consistently on an iPad. It works via my iPhone, but unsure why not on my iPad. And nobody can explain it. I have deleted an re-downloaded the app multiple times. I usually end up using my phone and calling to make an appt.
The app doesn't allow you to search by massage therapist either. Needs work !!!

Bug in app
I have had the app for over a month. Set my first appt via phone two weeks ago, the day of my appt when i tried accessing the app, I suddenly received an error message saying invalid client after log in. I have since not been able to go back into the app to schedule anything. Please fix!!

Makes booking a breeze! Online interface via website is nice, but app is better and more aesthetically pleasing. Looking to relax? LaVida's got an app for that 😉
