We practice breathwork to soulful R&B melodies and perfectly curated playlists. We practice various techniques and don’t focus on solely holotropic, fast paced breathing. We can enjoy an authentic community of like minded, down to earth individuals. We can release our sense of loneliness, our insecurities, and any discomforts that have been weighing on us. We stop over-giving and under-receiving and pour into our own cups through the breath.
