eToro is a great platform for those looking to get started with investing. The interface is intuitive and features like CopyTrader allow you to observe and replicate the strategies of experienced traders, which can be a good starting point for beginners. However, it’s important to note that copying others doesn’t guarantee success, as the markets remain unpredictable. Access to a wide variety of markets, from global stocks to cryptocurrencies, is a real plus, but some features could do with being explained in more detail. For example, the analysis and portfolio management tools could be more detailed to help users better understand their options. Ultimately, eToro offers good opportunities, but it’s essential to invest time in educating yourself and assessing the risks before diving in fully.

Unreliable service and poor customer support
I cannot recommend this app at all. I’ve been trying to resolve a minor issue with deposits for over two months, and every response I receive is the same. They claim the issue has been resolved, but when I try again, it’s still not fixed. Trust is essential when it comes to investments, and this app does not inspire confidence.
I plan to explore all alternatives and close my account. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any service. On top of that, they sometimes block the chat, leaving the issue unresolved. There’s absolutely no professionalism, and in the end, you’re wasting your time and money trying to sort these things out.
Despite its ease of use, I cannot recommend this app at all. There are far better options available.

Poor customer service
If you expect customer service, forget it. Platform is ok, just ok. But their lack of customer service is appalling. Tickets do not get resolved, chat agents have no power and you can’t speak to anyone who can resolve an issue. Complaints get closed but not responded too. My advice, look for an alternative, one that values customers.
Update. Thanks for the response on here from eToro but it’s all an empty token. Booked a call via the link as you suggested, surprise surprise I didn’t get a call from eToro so the lack of response and poor customer service continues. I would strongly recommend you do not give your money to a company who doesn’t care about customer service.
2nd update. Thanks again for the 2nd response on here from eToro but I’m done with all the empty token offers that my issue will be dealt with. The same was said on Facebook, and X .. all token offers to escalate. You respond on here and on social media to give an impression of reacting but it’s fake and empty gestures. I’ve withdrawn my funds and moved to a better platform. EToro is an embarrassment.

Absolutely amazing app, super friendly, easy to use, great staking rewards for crypto holders, amazing interest rates for our cash!!!! Can’t recommend it enough! and so many Surprises!!! Crazy! I just feel they need to add more security layer! Like adding number or 2 verification extra for new ip addresses or devices who signs in our accounts! But unfortunately not yet been done or too easy for me to signed in my account even though 2AF is on!

Highly remarkable service!

Buggy and no support
It’s a buggy app with lots of small and big problems, push notification not working after several installs and updates, closing part of a position not working(yeah! It’s not working!), disconnecting repeatedly from their servers during market hours and need to refresh the page every time, etc.
Company’s support team simply doesn’t function. They give unsatisfactory answers to problems and are very eager to close the tickets as fast as possible before the problem is resolved. The support system needs a total re-establishment.
Also it is one of the worst companies out there in crypto market, huge fees, very restricted number of coins and prices are significantly different from real market prices; had a very bad experience with them and closed all my crypto positions with a lot of loss which was mostly gone into their huge fees.
Their copy trader ratings are a mess. Those with high profit percentage are definitely not the best ones working out there. Paid a lot of fees to two of them and finally quit because of inactivity of the traders.
Application itself is very unstable, disconnects repeatedly, not very user friendly, hard to find needed functionality and their Help site simply doesn’t help that much.
