No Support!
If you want an app that offers support, look elsewhere. HMA VPN provides service up to the point that you pay your subscription but then that’s it. I have written about 3 different issues with 3-5 reminders per time but no reply other than the initial “We received your message”. Worse of all, they don’t answer your message about the “guaranteed”money back if your not satisfied.

Not possible to cancel the subscription
Not possible to cancel the subscription afterwards. There is no button to unsubscribe and support is not answering, tried to reach them whole week without success and just been charged again
Can’t connect to specific servers
Can’t connect to selected servers, connection bounces all over the country. Select Honolulu…get connected to Miami, Seattle, Atlanta. Service request submitted 5 days ago…no response 🤬
It disconnects
Hello, I was using your VPN service for 6 months and past three days I’m experiencing the problem with constant crashing. I mean I switch on VPN, it shows it’s on, but it’s not loading any services, it doesn’t change my IP address. It just doesn’t work. I thought it’s a bug and it will be fixed in several days, but the service doesn’t work at all. I’ve started using another VPN right now, but I paid for your service and wanna get this problem fixed. VPN doesn't connect and customer service non existent
The VPN server worked just fine for the first few days of subscribing.
In the last five days, the VPN server doesn't connect to the correct country selected. I have tried to contact customer service and have heard not a word back but they continue to charge me!?

absolutely no assistance
I have contacted you too many times and only had automated emails back. I’ve had problems setting up and absolutely NO ASSISTANCE I paid for a 3 year prescription and asked now several times for a REFUND! Again nothing only automated emails. I haven’t set it up and I haven’t received a refund, be aware when trying to get help because I have had no luck. I will not recommend and feel like I’ve been scammed!

Works great! Apple TV version missing?
Most use cases for HMA is for streaming video (at least for many), there should be no reason for not porting this App for Apple TV. Eagerly waiting for the Apple TV version.
Useless software - not fit for purpose to watch uk tv when abroad
You are misrepresenting what this software can do for profit. Just for clarification it cannot help you watch uk tv from Europe. Complete waste of money and no easy way of cancelling subscription within minutes of finding this out.
