Worst app of all time
this app will completely scam you out of your money and never deliver your items, if it does it delivered it will take over 2 months and it’s just not worth it. If you want something that’s actually legit use dhgate not this app. I’m down $100 because of this app and it also makes you pay later fees that are unexpected

Would not recommend
Very disappointed with litbuys service it is very hard to get help as their support team goes straight to an automated answer and when emailing them direct they have been no help I’ve been asking for tracking info as i have had no updates from the parcel for over a month (keep in mind i first ordered 3 months ago) and customer service said they cant refund money although i was promised it within 2 weeks. They need to treat there customers better if they want reoccurring customers and offer money back if parcel does not come when promised

Shipping to warehouse and customer service
I have asked multiple occasions to refund my order and they still to this day haven’t don’t so I have ordered this a month or so ago and they still won’t refund it talking about wait till it reaches warehouse but I don’t want it it’s been a month and ofc I reach to customer support to complain but they won’t refund my item and they keep holding my money up horrible agent don’t order from here

Lit buy
Used to be a cn boy then used ac buy but shipping was mad expensive trying this takes at least like 5 days to get to where house but apparently shipping is really cheap customer service is ok not the best if shipping is cheap and quick then Yh I would recommend but haven’t shipped anything yet…

great agent and reliable
i have ordered twice from litbuy and both times it’s been a good experience. They provide high quality and clear QC photos of your items. For my first order i got super cheap shipping because of a first time user discount but that has now ended. I still use litbuy though because they still have good shipping prices and they package my orders well adding bubble wrap for protection without me paying for this extra. They have good live tracking and they are consistently updating the app to improve the user experience. My only complaint is that the customer service can be slow.

I bought from them in 2025 and my package came through but the second one I bought recently didn’t come in after a month and I spent 600 dollars on it then they proceeded to delete my account after i accidentally clicked that I already received the package so don’t buy from here stick to the gate✌️also terrible customer service.
