Bugs, bugs, and more bugs!
I've been a Game Golf user for over two years and 170 rounds. What started out as an amazing experience has turned into a huge pain. EVERY. SINGLE. ROUND. Something goes wrong. Either the app crashes, or the watch app won't work, or the GPS places me somewhere weird, or the game will get locked on a single shot and not let me continue, or the biggest one; Bluetooth will get disconnected CONSTANTLY!!! It's so annoying, and takes me out of my routine, which is exactly the opposite of the systems purpose.
I keep using it, because it really is a fantastic tool, but I'm getting annoyed beyond belief. I tried to email them directly last month, and got a reply saying they'd like to talk to me about my issues, but then they never followed up after that. I really hope they get their crap together, cause it's gonna be an adjustment when I finally switch to Arccos.

Amazing app!
This app is the best mobile GPS and statistics analysis. It's so good that it's all free - it actually makes me want to buy the tags to put in my clubs.

Beautiful App, I don't think I'll ever golf again without it.
So far, I only have the app (not the hardware that goes on the clubs). I was very impressed on how well it has been written. There is so little that you have to do during the round - basically just get your phone out of your pocket tap to add a shot and tap to select a club. It knows where you are on the course. You don't even have to say you've moved on to the next hole - it knows. Easy, non-intrusive, totally intuitive, fast. Then later you can see all your shots on a beautiful photo image of each hole. Edits during the round or later are easy. Statistic reports are great. I can look at my club distances for my last round, last 10 rounds or since I first started using the app.

I have bought two of these units one for uk one worldwide the technical back from this company is outstanding every time I send them an email this reply instantly and fix very small issues
If you are looking for accurate stats and yardage have far you hit your clubs I would highly recommend this device best on the market by miles

Game Golf GPS + Apple Watch
Been using Game Golf Live for awhile now and can't fault it. Great bit of tech if you like golf and stats. I find the app very useful whilst playing, view of hole and distances to hazards etc plus also use the Apple Watch for quick reference on yardages to green (front, back, centre). One minor gripe is the speed the watch updates on shot info and yardages, only a few seconds but be great if it were instant. Highly recommended Game Golf as an aid to improving your game.

Bring back approach shot landing spot
Must update new vertical round view to be able to see where the approach shots actually land on the green!! Currently every shot lands at the pin location, this is not good.
Should either include double tap feature to zoom into green side shots like in 'edit mode' or just revert back to proper landing location as in the previous horizontal round view.
This is a bug that should be resolved, not a 'feature request'

Game Golf works great!
I honestly haven't had any problems using game golf. I play regularly and most of the time my tags on the course show up in my round, with slight editing here and there. And editing is nothing but deleting or adding shots game golf missed or moving my shot slightly if it didn't pick up a FIR or GIR on a hole.
Also, unless I have been missing a feature, the game golf app doesn't track you while your playing, on the app itself that is. I think I saw some reviews that said this. If I could change a thing or two, it would be to make GPS tracking more accurate if that is possible as well as making it possible to compare two rounds side by side. Otherwise, keep adding features and making improvements!

repeated issues - good idea but does not deliver
The idea and premise behind the app is really good, and wehn it works it is very useful. However having used this app on average twice per week for the last 4 months, I am coming across repeated issues. 1 - the distance tracker keeps changing between yards and metres. 2 - the app keeps adding random duplicate holes e.g. saying ive played 26 holes when only 18. 3 - the most annoying is I've lost count the times the app has failed to upload the data at the end of the round. This ultimately means that I've wasted my time using all the way round.
These are not just one off issues, these are repeated problems that Ive been in contact with their customer care with, however it keeps happening.
Great idea, but as it is so unreliable, completely frustrating and pointless.
I was considering their full purchase option, but I certainly wont be doing that now
