Great app, but poor execution.
I just tested the app for a 9 holes. Well, 6 holes... The app worked great for the first 5 holes. The lock screen functionality is a nice feature and it made is extremely easy to track my shots. Over time the data would be really nice to have.
However, on the 6th fairway the GPS no longer registered correctly. Not just a few yards off mind you, it said I was 2 fairways over when I clearly wasn't. There was not a way for me to reset the GPS from the app so I went and reset it from my phones settings. I use an iPhone 6 plus by the way. When everything rebooted it had me in the exact same location, which rendered the app useless from that point forward because every stroke I entered had me playing is a fairway that wasn't even part of the hole.
Long story short, I'll stick to the free version of swing by swing for now. This app has potential, but just didn't cut it on the course.

A must have app for golfers!!
I've only ever wrote one other review and that was for a golfing app... But I have to say this app is brilliant the best I've used, and I've used near enough all of them!! Just would like to see a feature to add stableford points alongside the strokes played... And also to add more than 2 penalty strokes if needed off the tee!!

Great product. This eliminates a scorecard to my round completely. Granted there are a few bugs with tracking, but then again, I'm not sure if it was on their end or me just being too quick with the shot. Who knows.
But the fifth star..that is for their customer service. I tweeted a picture of me uploading the update and they favorited that, who doesn't like that feeling? And also, when I did have a bug, I emailed then, and they said they would pass on the information to their iOS team. 24 hours later I get another email, instructing me for some trouble shooting, and it worked! Can't praise this product enough for golfers

Delivering as promised!
Really impressed with everything so far. Have 6 rounds in the system and all has gone well. Impressed with how quickly the information transfers once a round is signed. Easy to navigate and sounds like constant improvements are being worked on. Keep up the great work GameGolf people!

Love this , I've had every app for score tracking and club selection and by the 8th hole I was spending more time entering information or would forget to hit track or some other non sense and next thing you know , not much good information by the end of a round. Then I bought Game Golf , once I got comfortable with the placement of module, now it's just part of my pre shot routine , tap, hit, walk, select next club, tap, hit ..... Go home down load a amazing review if my round , add a Penalty stroke her and there , confirm done. Love the interface , the community that's developing and it's a great tool. Now I use my other aps for the gps yardage. It's a winning combo, I recommend it to all my golfing friends.
