Yesterday I purchased the plus membership for 20$ and connected my tv successfully! But it doesn’t open anything !!! It says no compatible source was found for this media !!!!

Samsung TV app login issue
I cannot log in to Roya on Samsung TV. I tried multiple ways but still can't log in. Now I can’t watch Roya on TV since the YouTube live stream is no longer available. Please fix this problem to get a 5 stars rating.bayanzoubu

A couple of updates ago the live streaming and all the video stopped working. Whoever is doing this software update and beta testing is not doing a good job at all. For a good TV like this to allow such a bad app it's really a shame.azaz104

I paid for the Plus tier using Apple Pay but videos are still not playing and asking me to pay subscription again. When I try to do it again, the App store says I am already subscribed ( and emailed me a receipt). Please fix your App. I contacted Roya to fix the problem but received no response.
