I’ve used this app with 2 cameras for years. Does a good job with everything. We like it’s ability to pan and tilt the angle of view.
In fact, my wish is to find out which cameras are natively compatible with EyeCloud so we can buy another and still use the same app. Any recommendations or website links with cameras supported by EyeCloud?

Not working.
I can no longer review the motion detection. It brings my to the cloud which I paid for $6.99 in app purchase and it doesn’t work at all. No one to contact either. So not sure how to make it work. Still doesn’t work after trying multiple times.

Alerts
I use to get alerts all the time but they just stop, about 2 weeks ago when I bought the 12 months cloud storage. I don’t get any kind of notification and I don’t know how to even ask for a refund or how to get alerted again.
No technical support
I’ve been using this video camera okay for a couple of years until moved and the networked was changed. Could not figure out how to reconnect the camera or get it back online. There is no information how and whom to contact for technical support. If there is anyone, please help!

I used app successfully for many years. But not recently. The app opens. My login and password are there but when I click on login nothing happens. I cannot login to app to access support. Can you please provide assistance. Thank you.

Paid for 2 months off cloud storage yesterday and now it won’t even let me go and check… every time I to go look at the motion detection it says I have a network error but the live feed works fine.. makes no sense

Doesn’t work 80% of the time
This app constantly shows a blank camera image with the message “building an encrypted channel” and then the connection drops. Don’t waste your time

This is the best camera I’ve ever come across for the money, HD, you can watch 30 days of video, save videos, talk through the camera itself, I’ll keep buying these as long as they have them. Recommend this is everyone
