BFCU mobile app
When doing a “deposit my check”, first pic of check is fine but second pic is cockeyed. Sorta like switching from portrait to landscape for second picture! Very hard to get all 4 corners in the field. This has been going on at least a year. I have asked BFCU to report problem but it has not been fixed. Very irritating! AND after you review the deposit it goes straight to “close the app”! I’d like to be able to do other transactions inside my account after making the deposit and not have to sign all the way back in. And it says “you already have the app open” but it makes you sign back in. HELP pleaseShow lessChrisJeanes

They are a good bank but NOT TECH SAVVY
Beacon is a good old fashioned bank for my area but the software app and website they use is so out dated. I have been with them for 5 years and still no change or upgrades. So I opened a second bank account with another bank just to manage my bills online. They make so much money off of my city with no improvements to the software or convenience of their online app. I’ll be done with them by EOY.Show lessdebrtyi
Too confusing
This app works and it does want its intended but it’s too confusing it takes 5 steps just to even check your balance when it takes other bank apps Face ID or a password. Simple is better, they need to move all the options on the first screen to a side menu and have the balances there as soon as you open it and put in password or Face IDShow lessBenitoMunoz97
Outdated
App is super outdated needs an update to be more user friendly. Also needs a more sleek modern look. Navigating through the app is complicated.Gian P
CRASHING
I have tried to get on it a few times to deposit my check and when the notice that you have to put “for mobile deposit only” on your check pops up it crashes.Lyzzie22

Here lately. It’s been crashing more than ever before. Deleted the app and restarted the phone and still experiencing app crashes.3irtySomething
