Worthless

All I can do is look at the sample files. Worthless app.

No results plot from FEMAP

Doesn’t seem to support the colour contour feature when exported from FEMAP.

LATEST RELEASE ISSUE!

Ever since the latest IPhone update I can’t open JT files with this APP. There is no option to use JT2GO to open JT files? What the heck

Response from developer

Users with MobileIron installed should be aware of a known issue related to email attachments. MobileIron can be configured to restrict data access. If you are not able to launch JT2Go from JT email attachments contact your MobileIron administrator.

Half-baked like most Siemens offerings

No clue how to open a file. Tapping the load button takes user to some inbox. How do I get files to this inbox? Instructions on website are worthless.

Excellent!

Very easy to use.

Used to be a good app

I agree with previous review. It's now unusable and I just can't understand why the developer would sabotage what was once a good functional app. Please fix this issue so that I can open files again!!

Can not open JT files after Update

After the latest update I lost the ability to open up JT files from other apps such as Box, and Google Drive. This functionality needs to be added back asap otherwise this app is not very usable. This is extremely frustrating since this app worked great before

I don't think the app is quite finished ?

It looks like it could be good when it's finished. A client has sent me a jt2go file, which I managed to save onto my iCloud account, however what do I do now ? I just get 'no cloud' on the screen ?

Please fix asap

This app has been left unusable after the "open in" feature has been removed from cloud based storage apps.

Without iTunes I cannot now transfer models into the app.

crashes -- due to large file?

I have a .jt file I have viewed in Parallels on a Mac.
Seeing this app, I was hoping to view the file on my iPhone and iPad.
It was easy to load (on my iPhone), but... it appears that my .jt file crashed the app.

My file was just over 500 MB. (Was it too big?)

I would have preferred to email Siemens directly, but I couldn't easily find a place to report a bug on their website.

1) Apps should never crash -- this is a serious bug.
2) If there are limitations, they should be made clear.
3) Web sites associated with an app need to support bug reporting.

I give it an ok rating because I haven't tried low-stress examples -- and perhaps we are only a bug fix from having it work.
