Scammers! Be careful, please dont use them

Hidden term in invoice. They said upon receiving their invoice, you are locked in a contract for a year or two and auto renew. Even you have not started to use their service, they started to suspended your already paid account which means if you paid 1 year already, from the date you received the new invoice you will automatically lose the remaining months which you already paid. Then they suspended your licence and threaten you by emails that they force you pay the service you have not started to use. Np customer service response at all. Their sales only be active whiling selling. Once they get you trapped, they stop answering your emails, like they disappeared. Their sales say raise a ticket, not sales responsibilities. But no one no one ever reply that ticket but keep getting threaten emails for money that no service provided yet. Rubbish company. Scammers .

Very bad company

“My experience with TeamViewer was a complete disappointment. When I signed up for a 30-day trial, I realized that the service did not meet my needs, so I barely used it. During the trial sign-up process, I was forced to accept automatic renewal as a requirement set by TeamViewer. In other words, I had to agree to automatic renewal even though I did not want it. As a result, when the trial period ended, the subscription automatically converted to a paid plan without any further action on my part.

Despite not using the service and wanting to cancel the subscription, TeamViewer refused to cancel the invoice or offer any form of accommodation. No payment has been charged to my account yet, but while trying to resolve the issue, I was handed over to a debt collection agency called Creditreform, which is now trying to collect this payment from me.

TeamViewer’s practices in this regard are completely misleading and far from customer-friendly. I want to emphasize that this situation is absolutely unacceptable. Therefore, I will be filing a complaint with consumer protection authorities.”

Pathetic app

Always a problem with quick support, 9 times out of ten. Pathetically designed , glitchy, annoyingly stupid

Thirsty for money

Whish i can give zero stars Worked good never used for anything but monitor my rv battery but they keep blocking in the hope they can aqueeze some money out of you got frustrated with difficulty of contacting cust service for restoring access moved to the program TODESK never going back

Have you said bugs??

Way too much bugs now, not worth the hefty price they’re asking for it, get an alternative! Calling support? Pfff, they’ll just tried to find the culprit elsewhere than within their own software.
This software generates now so much frustration that I cancelled automatic renewal, because they don’t care about their customers, so I started to not care about them neither.

easy for use

very easy to remote

Good, but have to fill out forms for free version

It’s an excellent app, but when you’re flagged as commercial and use it personally, you have to fill out forms to restore the personal use. It takes a few days, but the app is great so it’s worth it.

Was great, now garbage

This app used to be amazing for personal use. Now if you want to log into your own computer remotely it times out after 2 minutes and asks you to pay 700+ a year. No thank you, there are many other free options that allow longer than 2 minutes.
