Lost all my previous data
Unfortunately this upgrade has lost all of my previous trip data and receipts. A major oversight for a business user.
APP WON’T LET ME EDIT DEVICE OR ACCESS APP
I cannot use the app because I changed my phone 2 years ago and kept the same phone number.

I have tried to use the app many times and every time it takes ages to load or sometimes it dose not load at all. You are losing a lot of business because of your unusable app - it’s 2024 you must have a good booking app like the others or there will be no business.

Cant reset phone number and email address.
I cant access my account because i have changed my email and have deleted the previous email account. I cannot reset my phone number because it always asks for the previous email address.
How do you reset a password with an email address that i don't have access to becuase it has been deleted.

Apparently phone number already in use
Tried to sign up to account but my own phone number being used by another device. Tried to use my email but not connected so to connect I need my phone number but that’s already in use so completely unable to use the app. Well done streamline.

As apps go, this is a shocker.
Not able to cancel booking
When I booked a taxi and then needed to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances 5mins later the app does not allow you to cancel it brings up an error message each time! 15th times I tried by the app!

Upgrade has rendered this app useless. As a single woman I always felt I could rely on PRC to get me home safely. The drivers have always been amazing.
Am now left not knowing if the booking is accepted or not. Wouldn’t be so bad if the operator could provide an update or override a failed app booking. Instead, am left feeling like a nuisance caller rather than a valued customer. If this is the best Poole can offer, bring on UBER. Maybe some competition will improve the service standard.
The operator does a disservice to every driver who works hard and pays through the nose for the “privilege” of taking orders from a subjective, misogynistic, unprofessional operation.
