Overheating iPhone 12 Pro Max

You may want to check this! i used this app for a long time. its been working fine until 2 recent updates ago. i have an iphone 12 pro max. when i use the app even for one minute without doing anything it is making my phone hot! may be using too much processing power. you need to look into this please!

Cloud storage

This app restrict cloud storage to only 8 Mb. I have an account for 1 Tb, but I can’t upload my photos any more because of that restriction. And I don’t want to buy any more space.

Horrible Support Team

Either they don’t understand English or don’t have solutions to the problem. I have my recovery email and recovery phone number. I get email responses they can’t use it for recovery. So what’s the point of having recovery email/phone. Don’t trust with your files!!! If you forgot password they are gone FOREVER!!!

Hello. You can recover your password from your Cloud mail.ru account yourself. To do this, follow the link https://e.mail.ru/password/restore/ If you can't recover on your own, contact support using the hyperlink in the recovery form.

I can’t open my cloud storage even I still pay the subscription

I registered my account via Facebook a while ago. Now they stopped support Facebook, but my account was linked through the FB, so when I go to my cloud it says add the phone number as we don’t support FB anymore. It says so, but when I want to add my phone number pops out the message “error”. How can I access to my cloud account now? I have my information saved there, memory, photos, work. I need all those files. I am paying the subscription but can’t access to the cloud anymore.

Why are my picture headings and notifications in another language. Not English. Their is nothing in settings to correct this. Patricia
