I LOVE 7 BREW!!!!!!!
I love 7 brew so much it makes me so happy and they put happiness in a cup and I drink it and they are so yummy every time I drink them and I ask my boyfriend for one every week and when I get one I feel like I can run a million miles an hour and I feel so happy and they bring me so much joy it is like Christmas morning In a cup and they are so yummy too! Thank you 7 brew for changing my life.

Almost perfect
Very good app, I love being able to see all of the choices I have before I arrive at the store. It has a clean UI and responsive interface however the only thing keeping it from being a 5 star is not letting us pay in app.
Being able to pay with the app (imo is the main use for apps for restaurants) helps alleviate traffic and wait times, especially because my location only has 1 7-brew it’s a little frustrating to have my order ready in the app but still waste a few extra minutes to pay and add tip Etc.
Otherwise it’s a good app and I hope they let us pay within the app soon.

Great app, definitely recommend!
This app is so amazing because I can make my own 7 Brew drink customizable however I want and also I can make my own imaginable custom drinks of how I want without having to go to 7 Brew in person and asking the workers what type of syrup they have that is sugar-free and regular! I truly thank 7 Brew for creating this app! I definitely recommend this app!

Game changer
7Brew, getting an app was probably the best thing in my convenient world next to sliced bread. I love that I can pull up have my order ready and not have to feel like I’m being confusing or difficult. Not that anyone has ever made me feel that way, but sometimes I feel like I’m just a little too needy. But all in all, 7Brew is amazing and I’m so glad you guys have it!

When you’re in a rush in the morning, sometimes it’s hard to order ahead because you have to scroll through prepaid all the things and sometimes I only have two seconds in order to do it this app is the easiest online ordering that I’ve ever used. It takes literally two seconds. My order is pre-saved. And I don’t have to pay until I get there which is super helpful timewise.

I am ashamed to admit in this line about three times a week sometimes more sometimes the less what I love about this place besides the fabulous coffee and my favorite is a coconut Blondie, which all of y'all should try but my favorite thing about 7 Brew are these amazing young employees they cheer me up. They put a bright spot in my heart and in my day I've gotten to know a big handful of a mother first name I mean they're just wonderful. I don't know it's a highlight of my days and I am a retired teacher. I love having a highlight.

The newly launched 7 Brew app brings a clean interface, quick menu access, and a smoother ordering flow, but it’s missing one major piece that would take it from “helpful” to “game‑changing”: a built‑in payment option. Adding the ability to pay directly in the app would dramatically reduce delays at the stand, cut down on the back‑and‑forth at the window, and help the Brew Crew keep cars moving with fewer bottlenecks.

Great new App
I am so glad that you guys finally got an ad. It’s very clean and easy and user-friendly. However, the only suggestion I could make at this point as you need to integrate a payment system so that you can just pay the order ahead of time or have a button. And then have the ability if you don’t want to put a pay app, have your saved wallet in there so that your people at the stand can just press the button if you don’t have your card.

Needs more accessible nutrition info
So glad there’s finally an app! My only complaint as someone who is trying to be more mindful of calorie and sugar intake is that the nutrition info for drinks are hard to find. The link with more info is about 54 pages and it’s quite a bit to scroll through. I wish it would give you calories under drink info depending on size and sweetness level. Overall glad I downloaded- it will make ordering a lot easier.

7 BREW IS BEST IN TOWN!!
I’m very happy to finally see and have a 7 brew app! Also, now the public can order ahead. And it keeps track what you order, so if you want to repeat the drink quickly. Just tap the button. And, see the prices for what you are ordering! I ordered ahead and it went so quick. Going again today to get a Tuxedo! Yummy, so good! Gotta try with whipped cream! to add to my reward points! Thx 7 Brew!! I wish my reward points from purchasing drinks converted over to the points for items on the app! Is that a possibility?! I have almost 10k points! 7 Brew is best! Thx for coming to my town!!

Not honoring a free drink card
A server spilt a drink on me by accident. He gave me a free drink card. When we went to use the free drink card the manager would not honor the card. It had expired. However the server gave me the card on July 17 and the card expiration date was June 30, 2026. I was not happy with the manager, that she would not honor the card. Was not happy and very disappointed in her attitude and not stand behind the free drink. My family goes to 7 brews regularly. That day I was paying for 6 drinks. I wanted to give them back, however there were kids in the car and I let her know I was calling corporate about the incident. Then I saw your email. I will still give 7 brews a bad rating.

Easiest way to order
I never know what to get at 7 Brew and seeing all the options in the app has made it so easy to find new drinks. I’ve placed multiple orders in the app now and it’s been fast and easy every single time. Plus I love that the drink is made when I get there and not sitting there forever. I also happen to know for a fact that the guy who made this app is a hot piece of man candy.

So excited
So excited for this app! Due to 7brew’s expansive menu I like to be able to review it before I arrive and now this is so easy to do with an app. Also mobile ordering is my favorite! As a toddler mom who is often trying to get in and out quickly somewhere… this is going to be a game-changer and encourage 7 brew to become an even bigger part of my routine. App interface is easy to use and love being able to see my rewards as well.

Favorites preferences
So far I like everything about the app with the exception that I can’t add anything to favorites without also adding it to my cart. Since the app is brand new, it would be nice to be able to save all my favorite drinks to my list without having to add them all to the cart as well. I’d like to make a quick list of my favorites. But I also have to then go back and delete them from my cart. Too time consuming at the moment for the extra steps.

What is the point
What is the point of this app. Yes you can order in the app. Don’t expect it to actually be ready or you even pay for it. The only thing the app does is stop the barista from asking you what you want. The drink isn’t even made till you get there and pay. It saved me absolutely no time. 7brew is great. But if you don’t have time to wait in line, Or watch all the kids standing around in the building and not taking your order. Talking and having a good time amongst themselves,get on the Dutch bros app. Order your drink. Walk up pick it up drive away. How an app that lets you order on it should work. SMH. I was sooooo excited for a 7brew app that turned out to be worthless. Will be deleting.

Worth the wait
Easy to use, clean fonts and sensible categories. 10/10 app launch!!!! As someone with anxiety and a stutter I like being able to explore the menu and get all my customizations in ahead of time (the brewistas are always kind and patient with my verbal orders but still!) I’ll be branching out to more drinks than just coffee, and be able to save the good combinations to the favorites tab instead of my notes app!

“Order ahead”
The ONLY truly convenient feature of the 7 Brew app is the ability to customize your drinks. But it leaves me wondering: what is the point of having an app for ordering ahead if:
1) You can’t pay for your order through the app.
2) Your drink isn’t being prepared before you arrive.
If I’m “ordering ahead,” I expect my drink to actively be in the process of being prepared while I’m on my way to the location. That’s the entire appeal of ordering ahead—to save time and have your order ready when you arrive.
I genuinely think 7 Brew is so close to having a wonderful, functional app, but it feels like they missed a few key features that would make a huge difference in the overall experience. As it stands, the app essentially functions as a way to “submit ahead” rather than actually order ahead.
I was really looking forward to an app that would make the 7 Brew experience more seamless and convenient, and I hope these features are considered in future updates.

Still faster to order in person
So my first experience wasn’t to bad. Ordered 8 drinks. App is decently set up and it’s not going to be hard to understand how to find your options given a little time using it. However, the whole reason for an app is to speed up your day so you don’t have to spend as much time in line. Sorry, this didn’t. I spent more time finding stuff, I couldn’t pay in the app, and I still had to wait forever for my 8 drinks to be made. Allow us to set a time when we’ll be there, have us pay in the app, and then dedicate the second lane to online orders. You should be able to keep your lines moving.

The log in was easy af if you had already created a seven brew account before the app launch then logging into it will be a piece of cake due to your number already being in their system! Also all your most recent and previous orders are on here as well! Makes it very easy! But I Love the fact that my favorite coffee place finally has an app! If only they had an Instagram and social media platform that would be rather neat as well even so I’ll be spreading the gospel of seven brew further more and the news about the new app 😉

So far, so great!
I am actually VERY pleasantly surprised and impressed with the new 7 Brew Coffee app.
It clearly shows your rewards points, and the order ahead feature looks really simple to use. It shows your 12 most recent orders, and each drink actually lists the flavors that are in it, which I LOVE because I can never remember what I put in half the drinks I order 😂
I haven’t actually tried the order ahead yet but will ASAP!
