Great app when it work
Using it for in ears at church. Works great for a while then the monitors channels look zero'd out and the labels are gone. Close it out and reopening doesn't seem to help. Ugh...
Absolutely does not work !!!
It crashes every time.
I'm using the recommended router and an iPhone 6 , iOS completely updated.
This app opens, detects the 32 RM ...then crashes.
Our drummer is still using the Q-Mix AI and THAT app still works fine.
PLEASE, offer that app again, or fix this one.
Otherwise, the $2000 mixer I bought from you is a lot less valuable to my company than it was when I bought it.

Disappointed!!!
Presonus released this app update QMIX-UC and crashes every time it's opened up. Do not update!! Presonus please repair update!

For those of you who are having issues with the app crashing upon connecting to the board, I talk to Presonus support.
The issue is with incompatibility with certain saved Scenes. It appears they don't have it pinpointed yet but I was told they are 'working on a fix ASAP'.
To test this you can recall the "zero out scene" (after backing up your current settings). The app should work.
Now, recall your saved scene, but deselect "EQ and Dyn". The app should still work.
Now recall your "EQ and Dyn". The app breaks.
Hopefully this issue can be resolved by an app update, and not require another firmware update.
For me, due to issues with the firmware update to our RM32 AI, I lost a years worth of scenes. I had to setup our system from scratch last weekend. We re-EQed everything and wiped out all the old scenes. This also fixed the app/scene compatibility problems.
So I guess those of you that have problems have two options. Wait for an update, or wipe out all your EQ data and start over.
In the end.. the app is working again. But sometimes I feel like this all a Beta trial I didn't sign up for.

doesn't work
I was so looking forward to this update fixing a few bugs that were annoying but work-aroundable. no such luck. this version doesn't work. please please fix it.
From 5 stars to -1 star in one update
We loved using this app to control via network our sound system. Then the update made the faders wider causing less usable screen space (lose points). But now it won't even open (lose all points). Please fix asap.
ADD PANNING!!
Thats the only thing missing from this app, is the ability to pan. If you guys do that then I would never have to buy an Aviom or any other type of personal mixer.
Apple Watch
Great app! I love the way you can just scroll left to right and turn up the volumes!! The only thing missing is the app for the Apple Watch!
Must restart every time
Have the other QMix app and love being able to control my own mix. Needed this one for a rack mixer. However, on every member's iPhone you have to close and restart the app if your phone goes to sleep. It appears to be adjusting input levels when you wake your phone when it's actually not. Shouldn't have to keep your phone awake the whole time. The other app had a similar issue, but would automatically re-start itself after phone went to sleep. Hoping this bug can be worked out.

Great App Missing 1 Feature
It would be amazing if you could include an SPL meter within the app that would allow you to utilize the mic within the iPad/iPhone you are using to control your soundboard. There would be a couple of good places to put a graph or even a number.
We use an iPad to run our sound and currently have to utilize a secondary device to check our sound levels. This prevents church members from complaining that it's too loud or too soft.
