Sirrus Radio

This app does Not support Sirrus Radio anymore! What’s the Problem!

Never again

Ever since I’ve downloaded the app I’ve had just problems with it. Always complicated to connect, or keep the network or reconnect. I have to spend at least 30 minutes to reconfigure and I always get mad. This is the last time. I erased it from phone. I swear next purchase will be anything but Bose.

Defines the definition of insanity

With this incredibly deficient app you can actually keep doing the same thing and eventually get a different (successful) result. After using the app, you’re never actually sure how you did it. I feel really sorry for ever having gotten involved with Bose.

Sound touch wave will not connect to wifi

Will no connect to wifi terrible app, you’d think a company of this size could make this work.

Very good

Great app

Hiwayman

3103 error code for 3 day now works well untill the code appeared

Crap App

This app works when it want to and cuts out randomly for no reason. After years of complaints from customers nothing has changed! I can’t get it to play in unison in two zones, and now that I’ve changed internet providers, everything is working except the Soundtouch app, it can’t seem to find the wifi network! Fix this POS already!

Product is outstanding; app not so much

I own two SoundTouch 30 speakers, in different rooms, and use the SoundTouch app to network them in my home. The speakers are outstanding. I have absolutely no complaints about them.

The app is a different story. I have a love/relationship with it: when it works well, it is great and allows me full wireless access and control over my speakers. Unfortunately, connectivity can be fickle. It is not unusual for everything to work perfectly fine for weeks at a time, and then suddenly, seemingly out of the blue, for it to drop the WiFi and/or Bluetooth connections on one or both speakers. When things are working well with the app, I always dread it when a software update occurs because that is usually when a number of new features are added, and some bugs are fixed, but also almost invariably, new bugs are likely to appear.

A possible SOLUTION for your disabled app?

The app had worked beautifully for me for a few years until March 2024. Had spent many hours trying solutions & several hours over a few calls to Bose Tech Support but to no avail. They had anecdotal evidence it wasn’t working for some in Australia. Had tried reinstalling app & following Device setup instructions after every iOS update since. For an unrelated matter Apple Tech Support asked me to disable & delete VPNs… I have Norton 360 on my IPhone so today I tried this:
iPhone > Settings > VPN > [here I disabled then DELETED the evidence of VPNs until there was no β€œVPN” option showing in Settings]. Miraculously, everything in the app immediately worked & all Bose Units were showing as active! (But PLEASE Bose, keep on top of this app as it’s an essential component of your barely 2 yrs old and UNIQUE multi-function entertainment devices).
