This work order system is garbage and should be avoided. Shows you have 3 orders but only one will display. As soon as you create a work order it disappears unless you search by its work order number.

Clunky and slow
This app is so slow and frustrating to use. Everything about it is clunky and cumbersome. Using it makes me want to pull my hair out.
Our company used previous work order management tools that were much simpler and responsive. It would be much better to have this running from a web browser instead of forced app download, which provides no advantage for this type of app.

Log me out
The app logs me out every 2 days. I have to type my email 3 times with not copy-paste option. It is frustrating

The app fails constantly, in a variety of different ways.
Terrible and unrefined
The IMFM system works terribly. Any system including hand written slips would be better than this app. Everything in it is very clunky. Not to mention it is trying to integrate with 10 other systems that other companies use. The company I work for is great and MASSIVE. They have plenty of money to spend to fix or find a new platform to make this system better but they refuse. If you can’t log in or it’s loading forever the help desks only fix is delete the app, re-install it and try again. I do that upwards of 5-8 times a day. Someone should buy the rights to the app and get rid of it. Terrible app.

ERROR - Setup -ERROR
To set up the app you need to select English from the drop down but it is not available.
This means you cannot complete the start up of the app. Previous comment stated the same from 3 years ago.

Does what it needs to do
This is a fine tool. It isn’t shiny or bright it isn’t fancy and filled with toys. It can open and close work orders. Hopefully in the future it will grow and be more useful. But for now it does what it needs to do.
Horrible app
Junkiest app to ever use for work orders. Freezes up all the time and very finicky. Works when it wants to and most of the time it doesn’t. Would not recommend.
Worst app ever
This app does not allow you to stay logged in for a period longer than 30 seconds before it shoots you out and makes you re-login. That’s on the app also does not like loading or syncing or allowing you to complete work orders. With time in in time out a.k.a. completing them live. Worst app ever.
