Total Waste of an App
Completely worthless! Continuously kicks you out and you have to log back in, just for it to kick you out again! Work orders don’t populate. Working within the WO it will boot you out anyhow. No updates have taken care of the issues, wether it be iMFM update or Apple iOS update. From what I hear they each point the finger at the other. Either way, we’ve got probably close to 100 techs who can’t complete WO’s on time.

Completely broken
This app has not been functional for several months and none of the updates have done anything. I have reinstalled the app and it just doesn't work. No newly created work orders appear on the app at all. All of the work orders I had previously completed when the app was working have reappeared. Poorly designed even when functional and support is terrible.
