When it works, its great.
For two years i have not had one week without some kind of issue (and always different issues). Last month, it started draining my battery even when plugged in on a charge. It would get stuck linking documents after completing work orders. I would have to force the app closed, go back in and find my work orders and finish emailing my costomers their information (after every account, all day, every day). I tried a lot of things and reinstalled the app over and over to no avail.
I contacted support several times, everyone was very kind. But no one would call me back as they said they would. A couple of times that i called back they would tell me that my ticket was resolve & closed.
Our secretary set up a new user acct name for me, i reinstalled the app and so far today it seems to be working. But given my experience so far I don’t expect it to be that way for long. (Im still waiting on that return phone call and/email by the way……).

Mobile app
This has its issues. Freezes or takes some time to sync completed work sometimes. But it provides our service technicians with the ability to schedule and reschedule customers as needed on their own. Once they sync the work and our office uses the desktop software to process completed work, it saves all service information including chemical and materials used in the customers account. Obviously you have to have the software and there is a monthly fee to use this app, but it has lightened the load on out office trifold. Definitely recommend if intending to go mobile for pest control services

The Map Section
The map button on the home screen doesn't work! I hope this gets fixed soon because the type of work I'm in, it would really help out of the map would load and we could see the house locations.
ServSuite Mobile
First of all, Fred Flintstone is more tech savvy than I am. Rendezvous works just fine for our small AC business. I regret wasting time looking at any other app. After downloading this one I opened it, it brought me to the sign in page. It asked for device name, username, and password. As I have never used a ServSuite I didn't have existing information. So I entered my info. It wouldn't accept the information I put in, my hoping it would set up a new account didn't come true. So I've deleted it from my iPad and recommend to everyone to not waste your time on this product.
