Can’t network with people properly

Has a 100 message daily limit. I’m chatting with a bunch of folks and all of sudden I can send messages anymore.

OMLA 2025 Annual Conference

The app was super helpful for our conference. It featured the whole program. It offered flexibility - for example, we could see how many people had planned on attending our sessions so if we needed to adjust rooms, we could. It allowed for last minute updates - for example when a speaker had to cancel, we could let everyone know. I particularly enjoyed the ‘game’ feel it had which encouraged our attendees to get engaged before the actual conference. Ice breakers and pools we fun too.

I do have one negative’ which came out loud and clear from our attendees. They complained that the app itself generated way too much email in the moment. I was not aware that we were getting emails because I was busy most of the time during the conference but attendees mentioned it to us repeatedly.

I loved Whova

Whova was easy to use at our Sports Excellence Hockey Show Congress. I would highly recommend it to anyone. It enhanced our overall experience. It also helped us connect and stay connected to new contacts :)

Whova review

I’m not a techie person and at first was not sure I wanted an App for an event. However, now I don’t know how we did it before. I could send messages to people I had never met. I had a list of attendees. The handouts could be downloaded. It was so easy to create my schedule and have reminders. There were locations and maps. The Whova App also was able to make groups and invites. The only thing I had to keep correcting was my country. It only allows for one. I live in one country, but represent another.
I hope every future event has Whova. It made everything and everyone super organized.
