There are defects in the iOS mobile terminal
The iOS mobile terminal can only select a random password when creating it. When resetting an existing password, it is found that you can only enter a new password manually and cannot use a random password. It is really imperfect. The app was last updated a year ago and it is bugged. We use OTP via email yet the app says Google Authenticator.BelaB79

Latest update and the search icon is missing top right, we can no longer search for User accounts, unlock etc... Same on iPhone and iPad.Systems Administrat0r

Hello. The AD Search must be disabled in the product. Please go to Admin - > Employee Preferences -> Configure AD Search -> Enable user search. For security reasons, non-delegated reports will not visible to the technicians. So kindly delegate "All Users" report to the desired help desk technician(s) to access AD Search on mobile app. If you have further questions, please write to our support team: support@admanagerplus.com. It's a good app but the fact you can't force the user to change password at login means it's useless!!Joe Matthews
