Patient eSignature - Mobile allows patients to sign key consents and includes the following key features: Location-based patient list Form selection list Patient transition view with form descriptions Completion Summary Multiple input features: ▸ Signature(s) ▸ Checkboxes ▸ Free text ▸ Witness stamp IMPORTANT: Once a new version of the app is made available the previous version of the app expires 45 days later. Patient eSignature - Mobile requires your organization to have a valid license and be on release 2012.01 or higher.
