Map doesn’t work
The day of the 2022 marathon and the map still isn’t updated. It’s says ‘2021 event is over - Course closed.’ Makes it difficult for spectators to follow their runners along the course. Would be a great function/app if it was updated. Fix it for 2023!Crazinezz
Unable to find runner
Tried installing and reinstalling multiple times, but keep getting “cannot reach server” error for runner already in system. Does not bode well for race day if it’s already overloading. Please fix!!!Sara20122
No way to send a racer specific tracking link

Tracking my friend - Great
(1) The setup procedure was quick and easy
(2) The tracking map was spot on. It had my friend tracked that we had no problem spotting him and cheering him on.

Allow us to change from min/km to min/mile
I get that there is a lot of international runners in this race and the metric system is the universal standard, but most of the participants are from the US and we track by min/mile. Should be able to change to this form of tracking easier.OKCRunner
Pace in kilometers with no setting to change it?
The pace should be in minutes per mile - not kilometers! Or at least give us the option to change it in settings.KnowYourAudience

This app definitely helped me reached my PR! I run with my phone (doing so for years) with the tall building my GPS watch is off... I tracked myself on the app. After crossing some of the timing mats I checked the app. It shows your estimated time at that pace. I knew when to slow my pace or pick it up.
