  • Driver App: The Ultimate Distraction You Didn’t Know You Needed

    Oh, Driver App, where would I be without your *constant* support? I mean, who doesn’t want 25 separate notifications for every single unassigned job, especially while they’re driving? It’s not like these were scheduled *in advance* or anything. No, clearly each job needs my full, undivided attention—preferably while navigating traffic. Nothing screams safety like repeatedly using my phone just to click away your oh-so-urgent notifications.

    I get it, I’m on holiday soon, but must you really remind me of the jobs I *won’t* be doing? If you could find a way to notify me of every breath I take next, that would be great. Five stars for the commitment to distraction, zero for the common sense.

    We really don’t need notifications about designated or undesignated jobs that are prebooked!

  • Very Buggy & unpolished

    App is riddled with bugs. Notifications not working consistently, bid information inconsistent. Bud pop ups inconsistent. Sometimes it works as it should, but very often it does not. Interface is poorly laid out which causes conflicts when trying to navigate & mistakenly accept a bid when you don’t intend to. Bid pop ups are invasive. If you reject a bid it will keep popping up even tho you have rejected it. Sometimes you can’t even reject a bid (blue bids) & waste time waiting for it to time out before you can select the bid you want. Interface is half in miles & half in Kilometers with no option in settings to specify imperial or metric. Poor feedback interface with no option to add screenshots. Call History not accessible on web interface for drivers, only keeps 3 months of call history in app which has very laggy interface & scrolling. No option to mark a fare as unpaid & now way to manage unpaid fares. No options for drivers to manage fare preferences like address or user or zone black list or if you want to accept cash / account fares only or both.

  • Please fix this bug

    The app is decent overall, but there is an issue with the Google navigation toggle in settings. After turning it off, it reverts back to on every time the app is rebooted, requiring manual intervention to turn it off again. This is quite annoying and needs to be addressed.
  • Very poor app

    App makers seem to completely ignore customer feedback. Why call inner city main roads by their alpha numeric designation, everyone knows them by the street name, most unhelpful. The navigation section of the app frequently takes me massively longer longer routes for addresses I don’t know, totally embarrassing when the customer has to correct you. Wait function doesn’t self cancel when you start driving. Sometimes glitches when trying to end the job and app needs restarted. No option of using other nav systems such as Waze. App thinks you’re a car and not a taxi, steers you around bus gates rather than through them. Takes far too long to bring up the bids list when finished a job. If you can choose a company to work for, pick the one that doesn’t use icabby

  • Sound (Update) App update!!!

    Clearly this company is only interested in profit and don’t consider the Drivers operating there app or there safety.

    Any Chance someone at icabbi could respond to these issues !!!!. This problem seems to be when your charging the phone no notification sound for job offers or messages. Intermittent sound loss, No notification sound when receiving a job offer.

  • Lots of bugs after last update

    App don’t rings bell when screen is on after last update and sometimes even when display is off you have to watch your phone all the time
  • Fix navigation issue

    We can navigate manually to pickup or drop off location, why navigation automatically turn on ? Every time when exit the app logs back in navigation tab become active even previously was turned off plz fix..
  • It does the job but …

    The map, it’s terrible. Please allow Apple Maps as an option instead of just google maps.
    The map screen goes blank on nearly every job. It is also painfully slow after you make a turn and have to wait for the map to catch up!
    Apple Maps is so much more details and faster.
  • Useless

    This app has got to be the worst app for taxis ever, fix one problem then create 10 more, what on earth is the new bid screen, are you trying to put drivers in danger when looking at bids?

    I have a iPhone 13 Pro Max, this phone makes my phone feel as if I’m using a iPhone 5 it’s embarrassing, 2024 and you can’t make a simple app run smoothly.

    The quicker Veezu make their own app the better.

  • Great new design, but…

    1. If we have to use Google Maps, why haven’t you implemented taxi routes into Google like in Waze (which Google own), or let us use Waze! Also the option to add in roadworks or lane closures like in Waze would be great!

    2. There needs to be a way to make the sound come through a Bluetooth device such as an earpiece as it comes through the car by default, which is annoying!

    3. Bring out a CarPlay version! The maps being integrated into the car along with sounds and messages and the jobs being displayed in car would be so much more convenient!
