I do not advise anyone to work with them. They are really a very bad service to us as drivers. If you think about canceling any order, your account will be suspended for at least five hours. The other thing is that the customer pays them with a bank card and you cannot see anything or how much the amount has become, as if they are taking some money. Overall Good
Despite many reviews containing people moaning about this and that the app has good functionality most of the time apart from the odd freeze every now and then.
I think people expect it to do everything for them and whine about it as they’ve nothing better to do.

Destination not showing after pickup
Like the new look but when I’ve picked up it still shows the pickup location not drop off?
Also when I accept the job it would be good to see pickup and drop off before the google map. So far it just takes me straight to the map to the pickup and I have to swipe up to see the job details....1..

Not showing mileage anymore version 9.8
The updates on this app get worse and worse, they updated the app (version 9.8) and have removed the mileage feature. This feature allowed you to atleast see the mileage distance from the pick up to the drop off, now it’s give you mileage distance from where you are to the pick up which is ridiculous. iCabbi you need to re add this feature!!Show lessHxmmad
This app is awful
The cab company I work for uses icabbi and every time the app gets updated it gets worse and worse, you can’t even see where the customer has booked to go when they make a pre booking, the mileage of the job used to atleast show on a pre booking so I had a rough guess of where it was going but now that isn’t even there. Also when someone makes a regular booking now the time the booking was made just says ‘ASAP’ so I’m going to pick up a customer not knowing if they booked 5 minutes ago or an hour ago so this leads to more no shows and cancellationsShow lessJoshlcb
This app is a disaster!
You could dispatch jobs quicker and easier on a radio system rather than use this.
The drivers app is to distracting and doesn’t say how the customer has booked the Journey eg IVR App/ Dispatch. There is far too much info on the Screen once you’ve accepted the job you shouldn’t need to stare at it only glance at the screen.
Everything should fit on the screen without scrolling down. you can get points on your license if you interact with it while driving.
You can not send a created message to dispatcher once you’ve pressed arrive. This means you can’t let dispatcher know if passenger alters or adds changes to the job you were given. You do not need half the messages that follow, they are too small to read! Card payments should be automatically checked and payment successfully cleared as soon as you press POB. That way whether driver’s been paid cash/card/account the driver only needs to only press clear at end of journey ONCE! and not acknowledge all the messages that come after the Job.
The passenger app is ok but when all cars are booked or out on jobs and clearing in under 10 minutes the passenger app shows half hour wait for a car. This is no good as the passenger then books with rival companies’cos their app shows 10 minute wait. If an estimated (not promised) time was given on screen no liabilities are incurred.Show lessAbdul Zafir

Good app overall
The app itself is good and fluid , sometimes is slow to response regarding a biding job and the sound goes weird sometimes when you bid at it has got minor bugs that could be doing being fixed but overall a good appMaldin111
Map options
App is ok as I can see regular updates But please update the the Option to Navigate using other apps like Waze as google maps so annoying every other firms have the option to choose from at least 2 different Navigation appsDJ'Scarface
