  • Love it!!!!

As a club athlete without a physical trainer, I use this to help diagnose my injury and find appropriate self-care. Love how it tells me what to do in different time frames (ex: 3 days after, 1 week after, etc). Recommend!!!

  • My Injury App Review

My Injury App is like having a physiotherapist at a touch of a button. It has been a life saver in assisting diagnosing injuries and giving me treatments that can be preformed in the comfort of my home. I would highly recommend this app to absolutely everyone because at one point in time everyone will suffer from one or more of these common injuries. Not only has it helped with a "quick fix" solution it's also maintained strategies in preventing injury reoccurring.
