Bait and switch! Beware
The app “upgraded” me to a bigger more expensive car without asking, so the cost the driver and office were telling we was significantly more than the app quote. So beware that you need to confirm with driver before going anywhere that they will honor the app/online price.auigly

They lost me as their customer
I had such an awful experience with them lately. There were late more than 30min three times in a row and lately we had a horrible journey with them going to the airport - the drive itself was ridiculous and the driver was late 40minutes. The app showed our driver is 2 minutes away so we went outside of our flat (it has a tricky entrance) and then the driver just turned and went somewhere else leaving us standing at the main road, in the rain, at 4am for almost 40minutes!! We had to run the the gate to catch our plane and were last to enter the aircraft, 2 more minutes and we wouldn’t make it whereas we planned ahead to have at least 1.5h spare at the airport.
