Called 4 times to sort out my booking and was given disgusting attitude which I recorded on my phone and absolutely will not be letting this go. DISGUSTING PEOPLE WITH FILTHY ATTITUDES.

Wouldn’t even give it one star . The app is crap, always lieing and incorrect. They still on the phone ages, the app is to advanced for now for this place. Stick with getting the basics right before running

They should try making the basics work like answering the phone when you call for a cab, and send one when you do order one before they start creating apps!

A pleasant team at the end of the phone but drivers aren't vetted properly. I have had more than one occasion when the driver is arguing with me at the airport when picking me up. On another occasion driver arrived while I'm still on the plane. They push the price up and make their own rules. Very unprofessional drivers. Cars are smelly. Drivers unclean and unkept. Who wants to have these issues when you are going for an interview or arriving back in UK. These drivers must not assume you are fresh and do not understand their game. Good company but deplorable drivers.
