App crashes
This app crashes during your interview on the last question, which is the absolute worst feeling and incredibly distressingjsmoore05
Great little app except it crashes.
Keeps crashing after submit the last question. Have tried a number of times and reloaded the app. The Sonru helpdesk says version 3.5 is the latest and it fixed the bug that crashes the app. Appears it hasn’t. Only downloaded the app for the first time ever last Thursday anyway.Milkdud2.0
I can’t answer the interview.
I was given an online interview where I had to answer questions and record them. This app crashed three times in a row because I could not get past question 2.
I went back on and, as a goof, said nothing as my answer. Of course that was the only one that passed. So my answer for question 2 is literally me staring at the wall and pressing the done button.

Moderate but not to rely upon
This app crushes when i was doing my interview and when i open it again it just went to the next question without completing the question i was doing 😡😡😡😡@Takuchris3
Very user friendly
Easy to use, simple instructions. One negative, the text is very small. At least make the interview questions text larger because I have poor vision and kept having to move my phone close to my face to read the questions then move it back to be in view of the camera.stephie_mahoney
