Can’t login despite the app still existing & working.
The title says it really. Every time I try to log in, it just won’t log me in and they keep updating and no fix to this problem yet somehowJaysnaps101

I have used this app before no prob but I had to buy another TKSTAR gps and I cannot get the app to work now. It says not enabled. I am at a lose there is no one to contact.Careuser75
Nice but. With some opinions
Tried the app, since last days work good mostly
Only 2 things
1- in work mode settings, there’s option between 30 second,1 hour and 24 hours
It would be nice if you can add something like 10 minutes, so the battery won’t discharge that fast. The vehicule move frequently and not up 1 hour normallly. So with the 1 hour gps check I won’t know exactly where it is
2- is there a possibility, if I buy more of those modules, that I can get acces to all of them not having to change from one to other when logging in ?

Log in info
I cannot open my app to configure my device.
I’m stuck in log in screen.
When I down loaded the app I never added a username or password
Now it is asking me to input that information.
Is there any way to reboot or reset the app to install new information?Jgmezsr
Login failure
This app worked great for the first few months but now I can no longer log into the app. The tracker is still working fine but without a working app it’s useless 😔Jim Dewar
Worked, but now no
It was working fine for a couple of months and was using it until yesterday. Now when I open the app and hit “log in” nothing happens. I no longer have real time view.....KJJPI

Just needs update
When I first got the app and try to get everything set up it wasn’t working properly and I could only send commands but after getting in touch with support from them specifically Via WhatsAppAnd step-by-step I’m able to do real time but the issue right now is that it freezes and even if you turn off your phone it’s freezers for a while and this needs to be fixed to where when you try to update the app information I should be able to without GPS see it’s Offline. Excellent app and customer service
The app worked on the first try and shows current and historical location, lets you set a geofence, SOS numbers, check on the device, etc. Setting up wasn’t too difficult having read the instructions, and customer service is truly great - quick replies, professional answers. Overall the devices are great value for their price.Show lessF juli
