Used to be able to do voice listening mode now that is gone in the update. Bring it back please as that’s a main reason I bought this for.HelgaVonBangun
Not impressed
The set up could be much easier. I’ve e-mailed a couple of the contacts for tec support with no response yet. The app gives tracker info in metric units and the map doesn’t have any streets or points of reference.DAllred83

After some help from customer support this app and my device are working perfectly.

Poor product
This product and app is poor quality it doesn't give a very accurate location or realtime when accessed I found to be 12 kilometres out from real location through the app but using SMS and google maps 20 metres from real locationJordie2179
Needs an update!
I started of with one tracker to test it for a boat rental company I work for. It worked fine for 3 months and now the app says that all of my trackers are off line. If I ping it with a message, then it tells me where it is but I want to see the details, such as historical route, speed etc. Which worked fine for 3 months, then they all started going offline. I’ve done everything I can think of to try and reset them to get them back and yes the SIM cards have plenty of credit, but nothing works. I even emailed the company but never got a reply.

Works well with multiple GPS models from TKSTAR
You don’t need to purchase a separate app, or spend any money at all. Totally free live tracking on a map or satellite view. Just enable GPRS on your phone, enter the apn settings for your carrier, and get 15 second updates.why cant I use my old nickname
Useful app with a lot of shortcomings
I installed this app to monitor my TKSTAR 905 gps tracker. The app works, however it needs further development and refinements. A list of improvements suggested:
- Can’t be used with two gps units simultaneously (I have bought two TKSTAR trackers and can’t track then via the app simultaneously)
- Google Maps + traffic integration
- A help system to teach users what each item does
- Sound customization for different alarms
- Ability to save the “call” number for future audio calls from the tracker
Bugs:
- The app loses track records when minimized in iOS. After resuming the app the previous track is deleted.
- The app keeps signing the user outShow lessHamzed
Very frustrated.
I was happy with the tracker and the app but now it’s not working properly and I cannot find anyone to contact for support. There is not support or troubleshooting contact. The last time I tried to email the developer they didn’t even respond and now I cant even find that link to contact them....not happy!
