Great app
I like this app . It is simple and does the job.
Simple. Focused. Effective.
I’ve been using this app for a while and personally find it very helpful, especially for keeping my fasting practice consistent and simple. For my needs, the 72-hour limit works great. I value that the app doesn’t push calories or weight loss, which is surprisingly rare among fasting trackers. If you’re looking for a straightforward fasting tracker without unnecessary distractions, this is a solid choice.

A few features short from useful
The app is not bad. But it stops short from being useful. I always struggle looking for a fasting tracker that is focused on the long term fasting practice, as opposed to calories, weight loss or intermittent fasting.
I’d happily pay for this app again if it only did these two things:
1. Make the fasting start time editable. Sometimes i wake up after already have fasted for 12-16 hours and decide to start a fast. It would be helpful if i can do it retroactively. As especially in the first few days there is a lot going on in the body and would be useful to track where i am rather than manually add the initial hours just to align with the now lagging timer.
2. Why are you limiting the tracker to 72hour? Why indeed are you predefining fasting times in the first place? Long term fasters often fast for more than a few days, sometimes weeks (168 hours is common). Would be great if i can just put in a number of desired hours/days and start tracking it without having to limit my planning. Also, bodily processes keep developing way beyond the 72 hour mark. Just remove the limit and let me define my own fasting period. All what i want from an app like this is to track milestones and potential notify me about reaching them.
Long term fasting apps are scarce and very hard to find. You can stand out if you make very simple changes. There used to be an AppStore app called “Life”, which did both things above for free. Your app can and should be better.
