Since your latest update can’t seem to get the app to work, takes so long to even loadNew update troubles
I just updated the bank app and i can’t access my account with my Face ID anymore. I’ve forgotten my original password and there’s no option to press when you forget your password.Useless app

I keep trying to login and it keep telling me network error check your internet connection not sure what’s wrong with your bank or app but please you guys better figure this out because I’m not sure what’s going onUtter unmitigated rubbish

Does not respect landscape mode.
As I can’t get it to work there is no way to review any other part of it. Utterly amateur.
Asks me to install ‘Access More’ app that DOES NOT RUN IN MY COUNTRY.

You still keep previews of 4 years ago because all the recent reviews are about the ugliness of the bank behavior towards their customers and how can a bank tell you to they will rectify it in 3 working days and now it’s 5 working days and nothing from them because they don’t care if you lose you’re money they only care about they’re profit and I don’t want to complain about how you debit my account without any reasonable complain and the last time my account was 0000 and yet you debit me 2100 for what I don’t know and then they left my bank account showing -2100 and I nor buy and I nor sellShow less5 years still no standing order
Standing order is not available, u can’t sent to other momo numbers . Quite handicap. U have to go to the bank first.
And now their bank charges is standard with every bank, think of moving to Ecobank which has a all inclusive app.Can’t access my account log in on app
