Be very careful if you’re using this service in the Philippines. A lot of packages are stolen, especially if you’re a foreigner. It happened with me and heard a lot of stories. You can’t do anything, they will not care and literally will ignore you.

Very unhelpful errormessages
Keeps just saying "Something went wrong, please try again" with no indication what the problem might be ... pretty irritating to see that at the last step when you just spent 30 minutes creating an order.

Drivers continuously cancel after accepting the job.
I had 5 driver cancel after accepting, and there’s nothing you can do about it.
After having 4 drivers cancel on me, there’s no option to have my money returned to me…

Very slow app with inaccurate pricing
Just be aware that the English version doesn’t display correct pricing (they charge you more afterwards) and the map/tracking of the driver is never accurate. The drivers always come earlier than scheduled, too.

Service is getting worse. It may look cheaper but hard to find driver and it solicits to add priority fee so it turns out more expensive than others

Hopefully in future able to do online bank transfer, not just credit or debit cards.

It’s offensive when your app tells the client to pay any outstanding payments. Instead You SHOULD ACKNOWLEDGE PAYMENT.
