Great App, very user friendly.
I have never had any trouble with this app, and the Sun Community team is always prompt in replying to any questions that I may have.

This app is quick and easy to use. It is very intuitive as well. I particularly like the deposit check feature. The staff are very helpful in setting it up on your computer and then downloading it onto your phone. Thank you Sun Community FCU.

Simple, functional app
SCFCU app is intuitive and seemingly comprehensive. I like particularly the ability to message customer service and to transfer funds to/from external accounts. Balances are readily accessible as are pending transactions, so one knows what is available for spending.
Needs improvements.
The app doesn’t always load up. I wish there was a way to let me know what atms near me actually work before wasting time and gas driving to 2 locations just to see they aren’t in service. I also wish there was a way to get texts alerts when my card has been used. Sometimes when I need to log into the app to check how much money I have, the app is so slow and won’t accept my log in.

With a simple, yet direct design, solid security measures in place, and a wide variety of options and actions available, this app makes managing and protecting my financial activity much easier.

I find the app to be pretty functional but at times it can be a challenge navigating it's functionalities. Otherwise it's reliable and has some of the best notification options among banking apps.
Excellent App
This app is very easy to use and is set up so you know what you have in all of your accounts on one page. Very well set up and easy to use! I would highly recommend this app.

There seems to be an error with the settings on this app. I continually get an error message asking if my caps lock is on. When I repeat the password it accepts it. Otherwise it is very handy and useful especially when abroad.

The app answers questions I have about my account or about the credit union in general. Very helpful. And Sun always seems to be working on improvements. Keep it up!
Need Mobile Deposit
While most other credit unions have had mobile deposit for years, Sun Community still lags behind. Just because we are from a smaller community credit union, mobile deposit would make things much easier for those of us who have moved and still do our banking with Sun Community.
