  • Utilitarian

    This app is very useful is displaying your investment accounts and clearly breaking down their activities, yet the UI could use some refinement. In some ways it does feel like a bunch of web pages ported over to an app.
  • Good functionality but cumbersome log-in

    The app is well-structured and useable once I am logged in. The login only works by first logging into my US bank app, then pressing the button to launch the investments app.
    The investment app launches with an error message, but continues and everything is fine thereafter.
    I think there is a mismatch with user authentication between the two apps.

  • Needs better coding

    I am a loyal customer of 30+ years and the app falls well below what I have come to expect of USBank.

    The widgets used in the app lead to multiple loading errors. Which I would be able to overlook if it didn’t include the login page as well.

    Which means if I want to manage my affairs I must do so from my computer.

    I would say that I have grown accustomed to certain aspects of this app.

    I echo other reviewers and will advise that if you open an account there is an annual management fee. Which means you need to make sure you have some cash in your account. However, from what I’ve learned you should also have some liquid cash in your account.

    I also like how the phone bankers - while not giving advice - can point the right direction to education and provide education when needed. That is incredibly helpful. And the reason why I am so loyal to USBank.

    I cannot imagine that how this app has been designed is how USBank wants its image. On one hand, the customer service I have received is second to none when it comes to personal interactions. But the app has so many glitches that it’s not usable half the time.

  • Helpful app

    I love it, I use it a lot! Seems like I am on it all the time checking my many different accounts. Makes me feel like I am getting a good value for what. I pay for my phone. Thank you and keep improving it.
  • Pricing

    Don’t like the timing of the pricing of the securities. I think all prices should reset to zero at midnight including mutual funds. During a trading day I want to see my total value change for that day without the overhang of the prior trading day’s mutual funds’ value changes.
  • A “Tainted Review”

    I’ll preface my notes by playing the age card. I’m 83 years old,a customer of USB since 1970 which also includes some 30+ years of using USB for my business in the Twin Cities so I’ve pretty much used the spectrum of loans, investing services and personal Bank services exclusively for 54 years. I had a few years of BOA/Merrill investing advice when my Broker left Piper/USB because of better offer or whatever from Merrill. Was never really happy there but over those years, either my wife or myself were able to make end of month transfers from account earnings to our checking or saving accounts. Those are now done by our treasured financial advisor..Greg McCall . We have nothing but confidence and loyalty to him and USB and if he were to leave, we would likely follow him. So, my 3 star rating is I’m puzzled by the need for Greg/asst. having to make the transfers when we did it ouself for many years with Piper(USB) and BOA/Merrill. The tainting then is that and at my age, the digital world is not and never will be very exciting to me. It has produced massive prying into our lives and fraudulent account violations that only worsen as I age. So far, we have only a few credit card attempts but shudder to think of worse scenarios that lie in wait. As my account is set up with paper reporting, it reflects our comfort level needed to review and carry on with USB services. Thank You for offering the opportunity to create this epistle. Dave Benson

  • Not user friendly

    Also you have to pay $50 a year to continue using their platform! Bank of America & Chase don’t do that not to mention Charles Swab as well. They had my address wrong & I was in aware of this fee & since they ONLY communicate with you via snail mail like cavemen I never received a noticed about the maintenance fee so they sold my stock to pay for it! Horrible service! U.S. Bank has gone downhill in so many ways. Also in my checking account theirs been fraud activity that they don’t even catch like my other banks do! And when I make the claim to fraud they take a week to get back to you. With my other banks it’s instant. Once after waiting a week TAT. I called customer service back to inquire on the delay & I was informed that the call was logged about the claim but nothing was done or notated on the system 🤦🏻‍♀️

  • Wealth builder

    Very dependable and easy to use. Need to know some facts about buy and selling . But even as a person who just wants to view it you’ll love it.
  • Still learning

    So far it’s a hard app to get use to. I am finding out ways to figure out how to use to better but I’m sure it will be a good app to use once I am use to it.
  • Poor at Best

    I have accounts will numerous brokerage firms and I must say your app is the worst. I love USB and you try hard and I’m a shareholder, but come on you need to hire some web talent and completely overhaul your online investing platform. Also, your fees are insane compared to others for buying stocks and executing transactions. You want to grow this portion of your business? Invest in the platform.
