We are excited to introduce the new 3.18.0 update to CrewPad ETR. This update includes the following features: [50736] Instructors now "check-out" Training Assessments when working on them to avoid accidental overwriting of data when syncing back to the server. This brings with it the need to be online when creating Assessments. [CSD 39016, 64224] Deleting unsigned Training Assessments is now tracked as revision history on ETR Web. [CSD 5170, 56069] Modification history of standalone Assessments is now visible on ETR Web. [CSD 36663, 54911] Employee IDs are now displayed beside user names on the Users tab. [CSD 36664, 54912] When managing trainees on ETR Web, selected trainees are now sorted alphabetically. [CSD 24879, 19818] The Photo field can now be set to mandatory during Form Type creation. [CSD 25021, 19788] The files added via the Photo field can now be add to specific notifications when creating them on TMDS Central. [54722] The Approval Date field is now included in most Generic Curriculum items. [52534] Students can now sign Assessments regardless of the Instructor logged in. We are excited to introduce the new 3.17.2 update to CrewPad ETR. This update focuses on the following bug fixes to the platform: [45245, CSD-34988] Fixed an issue where PDFs were failing to generate due to missing a grade for a second attempt of a task. [22810, CSD-38261] Fixed an issue with Classroom Training where the Trainee tab wouldn’t show a trainee’s time spent if the set number of hours was greater than 23:59. [50951] Fixed an issue for QMS 2.0 users where a user certificate was not suspended after an assessment was failed. We are excited to introduce the new 3.17.1 update to the CrewPad ETR platform. Bug fixes: [59670, CSD-38669] We've corrected an issue where an attempt to send a training course containing Exam with Pass/Fail options and approvals for multiple trainees would result in a "Synchronization Failed for unknown reason" error in CrewPad ETR. [59873] Corrected an issue where the "Approve" button appears disabled when using Master Row for an Exam with Pass/Fail options in CrewPad ETR. [59892] We've addressed an issue where a notification is not sent for a Training containing Exam with Pass/Fail options when completed on CrewPad ETR. [52127] CrewPad ETR users will no longer encounter errors with “Maximum failed elements for a pass” setting not being respected when prerequisites are enabled on a multi-section training, preventing the training from being completed. [50742] A tooltip containing full message will be displayed when a mouse pointer hovers over a clipped text. [19825, CSD-21895] ETR Task Analysis will now display grading as a dropdown menu. [19833, CSD-27619] When instructors add a second crew member, ETR will display a new dropdown menu containing the list of trainees. [53234] Curriculum item (EXAM) contains a new Approval Date field. [50974] An update to the default behavior of the "user current date as default value" Curriculum checkbox. [51541, 9169, 12308] Users with the training administrator's roles have a new ability to edit training assessments and view the revision history. We are releasing this new 3.1.1 / 3.16.1 hotfix update to correct some issues encountered by our users in the recent 3.1 / 3.16 release. [CSD 37906, 37895] Able to delete Assessments from Training Courses again consistently. [CSD 37902] Exporting Assessment PDFs based on System Form types now works correctly. We are excited to introduce the new 3.16.0 update to the CrewPad ETR platform. This update includes the following features: [CSD-24599] ETR now supports Single Sign-On (SSO) using ADFS credentials. [CSD-34268] UK CAA has been added to our list of available Regulator IDs. [CSD-31108, CSD-34423] The EBT Grading field can now display Competencies. [CSD-28898] Curriculum Exam grading now includes "PASS/FAIL”. [CSD-27298] Two new notification Smart Tags have been added. The new Master Task Library lets users build a library of commonly used tasks. Improvements have been with how Tasks handle Roles, Competencies and KPIs. Further training templates continually generate until all tasks are signed off. Trainees can now be marked as Pilot Flying or Pilot Monitoring during grading. A new "Curriculum Code" field has been added to Curricula. Various fixes to bugs as well as improvements to performance and UI. We hope these new features enhance your experience with our platform. We are excited to introduce the new 3.15.1 update to the CrewPad ETR platform. This update includes the following features: Single Sign-On (SSO) support [CSD 24599]: This change offers a secure and more consistent authentication experience, both online and offline, reducing the need to enter passwords when using CrewPad ETR. Also included is a "Press to Sign" feature, simplifying the approval of Assessments with the click of a button. Classroom Training element bug: An issue has been fixed, where the Training Approval Date of Trainees no longer populates with the wrong date when the “Same as Classroom Training Date” feature is used.
