I lock it and it still closes or activates touch which means it won’t work like a traditional light table.Vonster

Great for sorting negative film and slides. Would be even better, if there would be an option to increase brightness to a specified level while using it, returning to the original level when closing the app.stefan_eb

Fantastic for reviewing negatives
I’m archiving all our old 35mm film. This app is exactly what I was looking for on my iPad to be able to review the negatives, order them, and relate prints back to them. The lock feature works perfect for turning an iPad into a photographic light table. Sometimes simple and elegant is exactly what you want for a task. Good job!Show lesswdinafnn

Simple and straight forward. Last update must have fixed things, because works fine now. Using it to check out old family slides before digitizing them.ECatPlay
Total waste
Didn't do anything I needed to and the lock button didn't prevent the app from shutting out so it was very annoying. Would not recommend, sorry.dasamanda

When locked, and I'm drawing with the paper on top of my screen it continuously scrolls through my apps.. I was looking for a light pad. Wouldn't recommend this for drawing.. Also, not overly brightHoshmoo
Not usable for sketching
If this app were to do what it promises, it would not change brightness as you are drawing, go into sketch-mode, or bring up the color palette.
All this could be remedied with a simple lock option...which doesn't exist.

Not ready for prime time
The app could be good but the slightest touch of the screen changes the brightness or switches it to draw mode, rendering it totally unusable for anything other than being a flashlight.SobaCat
