Hi, I hope the tech support doing well. It’s my humble request to the tech team that put the order cancellation button on your application! I’ve frequently orders from pakwheel but sometimes i have to cancel the order! All the time i need to wait for the call from pak wheel customer support team to cancel the order!

The app login are not good, you are not able to logged in with your number even you never sign up.
1st attempt: I put my number on signup and waiting for OTP but the OTP are not coming.
2nd attempt: Next day I put my number for sign up and immediately get OTP but that OTP doesn't work.

Horrible Customer Support and Car Inspection Process
We (as buyers) scheduled a car inspection and the mechanic refused to inspect the car because it wasn’t “clean” and cancelled our slot. If this were a prerequisite, it should have been mentioned in the multiple confirmation calls that we received - it wasn’t . Pakwheels is now asking for another 1000 to reschedule the inspection for a day later. The seller has returned the token and is looking for new buyers. Customer service doesn’t cooperate and keep on saying the same thing gaslighting into making it our fault. They also refuse to connect us to any senior management or refund the 6800 inspection fee full or in partial. Horrible, all around!Show lessW.Hashmi
