Diabolical service
Whilst the app might work well, the quality of service is shocking. Product quality is really poor too (swim suit, flip flops etc). I ordered three items and got the wrong image printed. They promised to resolve it a week ago and still nothing. Now ignoring my comms. At the time they gave me a discount voucher to use in future purchases but of course it doesn't work. Thank you for your review. We have outlined below the steps in which the team took to provide the customer with an improved service and good will gesture to remedy the problem. *The customer received an incorrect swimsuit, a genuine mistake by our shipping courier with an incorrect postal address.* To rectify this miPic did the following: - Immediately provided the customer with a £36 voucher code for free (the swimsuit value) which was tested and working - We re-printed and re-sent the correct swimsuit free of charge - As a good will gesture, we also provided a full refund of this total basket value £70+ for 3 items. - We engaged in 4 direct emails with the customer, the customer did not request a full refund for the 3 items or complain about the quality of the received products during our communications. Despite the query now being fully resolved, unfortunately this review remains on the App Store and does not reflect our service and company's ethos correctly. We strive to correct any issues customers may face and take pride in what we do. All feedback is taken seriously to improve our service for new users.Terrible company, terrible app!
HORRIBE. I ordered from this company. Never received my orders, and it's been over a month now. I've sent two emails to customer service and they have not responded. They basically took my money and that's it. I would. It use this app.kinkajou67
Not functional
CONSTANTLY crashes while in photo library to upload a photo. AKA uselesspremed no longer
Simple, nicely designed with amazing content
Fantastic app. Simple to use as an "artist" (seller) and as a customer (buyer). The content is getting better and better with very talented photographers. I like the social dimension of the app, i.e. I can like/comment images and follow artists. The search feature by colour and geography is brilliant. I particularly like how the app has been designed and the brand identity. The navigation is smooth. More importantly, I have ordered products on several occasions and i have consistently been satisfied with both the quality of the products (made in the U.K.) and the delivery time. It is also a great platform to market images (there is a direct link to promote your art to social media) and sell them to an international audience.Show lessaxmas
Can't even sign up!!!
At first I saw this app and I thought it was gonna be something worth downloading, but I was terribly wrong! I tried to sign up TWICE! And every time I went to login it said incorrect information?!? Plz fix and then I'll take it into considerationNdhssbs
Absolutely Ridiculous!
When you sign up for an account with this brain dead company...there isn't a way to add a password. So, when it's time to sign in...you can't. The only way to create one is by submitting a forgot my password request. But, how could I have forgotten my dam friggin password if your stupid app didn't allow me to create one in the first place?

Good idea, but can't use
I like the concept, but I can't ever log in, I made one account then it says incorrect login, made a 2nd account same issue, can't log in it has to be issue on their end.CrackinStine
