Same problem, spent a year and hard cash and had almost completed whole game. Update has wiped all progress...would not be allowed to happen in any other retail industry but somehow acceptable in an online app...its a disgrace!Ssagdiaww
Abandon all hope
I still don't have my progress back, even though they say the "bug" is fixed. Not much fun when the developer resets your progress back to the beginning with no warning. I wish you could just pay $5 and just play the game without all the crystals. I'll gladly pay for a good game or for more levels, but I'll don't pay real $$ for an in game advantage. I had got past level 130 in incoming but an update reset everyones progress back to level one. I guess I'm done unless my progress is restored.Show lessTodd_AM
