Disappointing Experience with Faber India Product Support and Flipkart Service
“I had a disappointing experience with Faber India’s customer support and installation service. When I received a damaged track on my new product, I was initially told by customer care that it could be replaced by the installation team without returning the whole product. However, the installation team denied this, and my attempts to arrange a replacement through Flipkart were unsuccessful. Eventually, I had to request a new part at my own expense. Customer service needs improvement for a smoother, more reliable process.”

Always send wrong and defective product
This is the most annoying website to shop from. If i order for 10k they will send at least 6k-8k worth of product that are broken, incorrect or in non working condition. This big billion sale almost everything I ordered was broken or used or something where the open box policy was applicable and i had to return the item without accepting it. Now when I order they are charging me additional fees to deliver as according to them i am returning more then expected item. What about you sending all incorrect/defective items. Why is that counted as my return? Don’t trust them with products or service or quality!! Uninstalling!!

Exchange scam,should name the app Scamcart
I tried to order a phone on exchange and they never deliver, they keep updating the delivery date but not deliver the phone. I ordered it with another account same thing happened. And finally when they came after almost 15days delay of the original delivery date. They ask for extra 1000 rupees over exchange for no any reason as the exchange amount was also low. So, please stop giving sales if you can’t deliver the products. Scamcart

Cheaters and worst support
I ordered laptop on an offer. They cancelled the order without any information and said that there is some logistical issues and all. They kept me on hold for bloody 1 hour and didn’t help.
And this is not first time and please stay away from flipkart.

Placing order
Very difficult to place order, as after selecting all the items and after going to payment section , it says some of your items are out of stock or undeliverable. Without giving details of which item or items.
